Settings aren't found in the manual. HKS set the switches at the factory and sold the units for either internal or external wastegate setups. The settings can be changed. Not sure why they didn't make this public knowlegdge. The process is quite simply actually. Just flip flop the switch...

I don't know about that, maybe the chrome ones. I think the version with the inner black bezel would look awesome on a sleek black MKIII with fresh paint. If you where to install these on a beater then yes, it would look ricey as all hell.

If you want to maximize the amount of vacuum pulled from the valve covers at idle, then you should also run a one way check valve going to the intake pipe.

You'll be fine. No rubbing at all. Front's will be sunk in pretty bad tho and look stupid imo. I currently run 10mm on the front and still need to go bigger.
