Yep....I think just about everyone does that the first tiem they try to take that fuse out. I went to the dealer and the parts woman just kind of laughed and sold me another fuse.

Sounds like a weak battery or poor ground. If the battery tests ok then clean the terminals and connectors. You're alternator could also be dead, causing your batt to discharge but don't worry about that until you check the batt/connections.

It's right next to the throttle body/tps. It has a 3/4" line that goes to the accordian hose.

A kill switch and an alarm wouldn't be too bad. I'd avoid GPS as it can be a double edged sword, a la onstar and/or the units some car rental companies have used to issue 'aggressive driving' fines. I hope you get it back soon and not too thrashed on.

Sorry, it was a quick lookup. It does show how to set the cps correctly though. That could be it. I would line up the crank and cam gears to TDC on #1 and make sure the CPS is lined up properly.

I'd say it can be built just like any other semi-modern turbo engine. I don't know specific details of the 1G though. It would be pretty neat to see what that little guy can do though.
