Is there such a thing as spacers or risers for turbos? specifically t4 divided? my hx35 is to close to the manifold on the compressor side and to close to the frame to weld on a elbow. so maybe some altitude would help?

I cant seem hook up my intercooler piping to this turbo. I bought a 90 degree alum elbow im hopes to weld it on and get the outlet away from the exhaust manifold and away from the frame but i only have 1/8 of an inch to work with :( will add more pictures to show my problem :(
