yes that is a stock intercooler. That is the return line from the oil cooler that is hooked to your oil pan. Your FPR is not hooked up right. It looks to me like you have some steel vacuum lines missing. You probably don't have your VSV's either. And just hook up a vacuum line from the back...

I did the same thing to my interior in my silver supra. The painted plastics look good until you scratch them up. And your car looks just like mine. IS300 rims and all. The rims look better with a round cap instead of the lexus center cap. IMO
