If you already have a SAFC installed, just get it tuned with that. I have been running the same setup for 2 years and my car runs great, and did 393rwhp at 18 psi. Either buy a wideband, and learn how to tune, or take it to a dyno for proper tuning. I was able to tune my own using a datalogger...
Never tried a C's, but I hear they are set up kind of long and closer to the steering wheel.
I also just got a Jim King V3 shifter, and it is really sweet. I can't believe how lame the SOGI mod shifter feels compared to this. The notchiness is virtually gone and it takes much less force.
I...
Thanks for the graph. I'm just wondering if, once retuned with the SAFC, do the A/F's remain consistent throughout the RPM range at all boost levels? I.e. 2 psi and 15 psi?
Some more pics I found on my hard drive. I really need to have a proper photographer with a pro camera do a photoshoot. This candy paint has so much color and darkness variation depending on the lighting! I plan to do this eventually and I think some much better pics are in store, but it's been...
I installed the Whiteline sway bars today. What a huge improvement!! So much more stable and predictable. The handling limits are pretty high now, almost couldn't find the limits safely on the street.
I seemed to notice the steering a bit more squirrely. Normally my wide front tires low...
Wheel info is listed in post #1, I went with tires that fit the rims as they were. I measured the the wheel wells and they are big enough to run 275 fronts and 345 rears! BF Goodrich makes a 345/30/18 drag radial. I might stuff those under there down the road when I have some horsepower that...
Rennat, Supraguy, are you running the GM sensor in blow-through mode (after the turbo, under boost pressure), or in pull-through mode (before the turbo, no boost)?
I can tune with my SAFC and wideband.

Just wondering how reliable the MAFT translator with GM sensor is in blow-through mode? Are you guys getting accurate and consistent A/F ratios, with the GM AFM positioned after your turbo and blow-off valve, under boost?
I...
This page http://www.gsp9700.com/pub/search/findgsp9700.cfm shows where there is a machine in your area. National Tire Wholesale here in Delta is the closest for you and me Dave
UPDATE: On SF it was recommended to rebalance the wheels with a RoadForce balancer: http://www.gsp9700.com/index.cfm After looking into it, it does solve problems for a lot of people.
I just had all 4 tires rebalanced at a shop with the roadforce machine, and they said they are better...
Here are some pics from my LED tail light retrofit with a YouTube video of them in action here:

Sorry, I will not build any more, for any price! (I've been asked dozens of times)
Cost: a few hundred...
Interior has been mostly finished for a while now, but finally got some pics. I have LED dome lights that make the seats look an odd color. I ordered these seat covers before I chose the paint color, and this was the darkest red mock suede they had available. I wish I had gone darker, but I will...
I get PM'd and asked so many questions about my car, that I've decided to put all the photos and details in this thread, linked from my signature.
Original 1.5-year long build thread: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29531
New VIDEO: A short mix of photos and footage I threw...
I have a similar issue. I just flushed and replaced my brake fluid with Dot 4. The previous owner removed and bypassed the ABS system. I used both a Vacuum bleeder as well as the pedal pusher method. My brakes still seem a little soft. With the engine off, the pedal is stiff, and doesn't move...
I'm amazed that so many people happily suck in the blistering hot air that comes directly off the radiator. A cold air intake was one of the very first mods I did to the car. IIRC, IJ said that he measured a 20 degree drop in intake temps by pulling in cold air from outside the engine bay.

I have found and fixed all boost leaks, and the BOV plumbing to the accordion hose seems solid. The BOV works and holds boost fine. What else could I try to solve this? Pics
