Bleh... well I'm starting to think maybe I didn't slip a stem seal on all the way? I doubt it..... but I always second guess myself on these little things until it kills me. If so I'm thinking leak down test to see where it is and then go from there.

Any1? I've been reading through the threads of my same exact issue and every1 points to valve stem seals. The smoke is very white, dissipates fairly easily and doesn't smell much like anything.

So I just finished replacing my valve stem seals today in hopes of stopping the smoke on start up. Unfortunately that wasn't the problem because it still smokes. It smokes until it reaches OP temp then stops. I think its my Turbo because there is always a pool of about 1-3 drops on the inlet...

Alright so I tightened it all the way till it the nut was jammed against the MC and the nut rounded a corner on the hex. It's still loose and leaky. Did I dremel it right? Was I supposed to dremel all the way through as I did or just the threads so the metal is flush the first 2 threads?

I feel if i tighten it anymore something will break/strip. I already had it tightened more than what i was comfortable with int he vid above. Aaron says to tighten it more but i really feel this line I got has a defect..

I'm like 31/2 - 4 thrads in now what's going on? This isn't right I doubt that last bit will snug it up there were like 3 threads of slack with the stock one. Look at all that play! Cheapo harbor freight dremel is fried(don't care) and all the bits/accessorries wasted(don't care) Spending 5+...

Aaron said 5% of master cyls do this and to dremel off 2 threads, should I keep going or what? It's really loose still.
