If it started right up after you re-installed the battery that means that there is something wrong with your battery terminals, and you just repositioned them in just the right way so they could flow current. Corrosion is probably blocking the flow.

I forgot the RTV all together.. this was a year ago. No leaks yet :) (however I would NOT recommend this)

The real test for a supraholic should be "Do you know who IJ is?" ;)
with 550's and lex JAV is correct.. he'll need to have a good tune to pass emissions. Lex and 550's often run pig rich. check for boost leaks too, that will also help with emissions.
