Looking for some new rims!

I'm in the market for some new rims, but don't know where to look. I am interested in some 18" 5 spokes, around 9" wide. I haven't decided if I want to go with a staggered set or not. Any recommendations? Also, my budget is around $1200 including a set of tires, so that does limit me some. If any body has a used set with tires they are looking to sell I am also interested in a used set with decent rubber on them.

Check out the ROTA wheels - they have some nice chunky 5-spokes that you can get in black/anthracite with a polished lip - yummyness!

hmm, those ROTA wheels seem ok, but I can't find any nice 5 spokes that are 18", or 9" wide... and they all seem to be in fwd offset... hmmm they look nice tho.

I'm not really stuck on 5-spokes, but I'm not really a fan of polished rims either. I should have mentioned I would prefer a gunmetal finish with polished lip! Not to mention, that those tires with those rims are almost done.

How do you guys feel about these... I think the colour would look absolutely amazing with my grey metallic paint!

I know they are a little narrower and not as tall as I'd like, but what do you think? I'm thinking of running a set of BFG g-Force 255/45/17's on all 4 corners on them...

Love the color. Good looking wheel but I can never say yes/no untill I see them on a car. Photoshop them on your car.

That's how it will sit untill I get my H&R lowering springs and bilstein struts...

I don't like them, but I love 5 spokes.. and they've gotta have a lip if you're dropping that much money.. you could do a lot better IMHO.

There are better looking wheels for the MK3.
That said, they look OK I suppose. Nothing I'd buy.

The car deserves a rim with at least some lip. Otherwise, it just doesn't look right.
