I don't know what your intentions are MX1, but if you are looking for 500 hp upward keep in mind that on these pistons, it is critical that you keep a very good tune. From what I've heard. The stock rods can handle large amounts of horsepower, and usually the damage is done from over-revving.

I wish Boss was around when i first got my SP, the only problem is now I only have about $1k to spend... I can rebuild, for cheap, upgrade to SP61GTBB/SP67GTBB for that $1k, or I can go with an ebay manifold setup. Its a tough one, with your sucsess its a shame I didnt go Boss from the beggining.

another option is the SS T4 header, and a T4 turbo w/ external wastegate. The only thing scaring me about that setup is the downpipe fabrication. I thought I was doing it once, doing it right, I guess I wasn't.. or I got a lemon. SP warranty = 1 yr
