how do you round a 13.1" rotor to a 13.5" bbk!? interested in seeing a used rotor pic though.

I would think you'd have better results with a single rad thats 1.5x thickness/no. of cores. or just ditch the AC condenser and get a single large rad made to fit where it goes.

NEVER use a mallet to hammer out studs! that's a great way to ruin your wheel bearings. use a stud press or c-clamp.
