biggest problem with what you've done though is that the front and rear track widths are NOT the same. a better way is to physically measure out the fender gap, and use that as a baseline for the front and rear pairs separately to determind the spacers you need to "even out" the fitment.

255/40 should be run on a 9-10" rim (10 is stretching it a bit, 9.5 is a tiny little bit safer) for maximum sidewall reinforcement and steering response.

work uses letters, anything that is L, R, or T-Disk is made for BBK calipers.
anything that's A-Disk(standard disk) or O-Disk (deep dish aka Super-Low Disk) will NOT fit big calipers.
