if you're serious, then you don't want a 3UZ head. 2UZ non-vvt-i Heads flow just as well, and are a hell of a lot easier to deal with since you won't have the VVT-i oil passages, actuators, and related to deal with. plus grinding cams becomes a fair bit easier as well. if you're worried about...
(very) generally speaking:
torsen=better for circuit driving/mild autocross/mild drag
clutch type (1.5 or 1way, ala turbo stock lsd)= better for drag, good for autocross/gym/beginner drifting
clutch type (2-way)= best for drifting (arguably), not well suited for circuit driving.

mind quoting the price the rebuild set you back (less parts)?
i'm having a hard time getting a ballpark for having it rebuilt with the weir components :(
probably an old toyota 4V engine, those were widely available everywhere but the US right up til the 90s or so.
