on my n/a i had the catch can hooked up the same way and i had no problems. although it wasnt a DM catch can, it was a 'freddy' one with the sight thing, and it never leaked i dont think. my car idled at 800rpm all day. double check that you have all of the bolts tight and the hoses are clear...

that center housing is DEFINTALEY not a ct-26... so you may have to contact garrett about it, unless its a 'toyota ct-26' compressor housing...

if the motor is good and the milage isnt over 150k... then i would ask 5500... but you most likely will get somewhere around 4000. its a nice car. but i would consider getting an e-brake cover, and maybe getting the steering wheel done so it matches the shift boot.
