It's really simple man...don't over analize it! That particular turbo is pumping more air then the motor wants...therefor the pressure wants to excape and it only has two places to go....either the motor takes it or the air backs up and forces itself back out the turbo....

Get a tuff bristle paint brush!!! I promise you you'll wonder how you clean a trans without one! When I cleaned my trans I never washed the parts cleaner off (kero based cleaner)...it just evaps eventually.
I don't think that will make it better though as this is still a risk in n/a cars....although lower compression would help a turbo car but I still think the very real risk is still present with or without boost on a usdm ecu.

What happens if you take the car on a long trip and forget to fill up on meth or just run out? I'd rather have a mechanical self replenishing system like recirc exhaust gas instead of a system that can be depleated.....but that's me
Forgot to bend the metal tab back over the short cable to keep it away from the exhaust! Short cable burnt and severed in half...thank god it's not a big issue!
Just thought of this....you'll probably bend or break an Allen wrench with this so if possible I'd try to find a banjo bolt with a twelve point head like arp...hell maybe arp makes bolts like this?! That should let you get the torque needed with a smaller head.
Looks like expansion and contraction issue...I don't think thread lock will work as heat will burn it after awhile.
