You could use a custom bracket. You could also pick up some GTE valve covers here or at a junkyard for cheap. I've seen a custom bracket that mounted it in the rear, looked pretty good.

I watch Just Tires and they torque with the impact, lower the car, and then use the torque wrench to finish it off. Everything but tires I do myself.

I would never go to your shop if you only use the impact gun. Precision is with the extra minute. Use a torque wrench and set it to 76.

You do need to get the block and head resurfaced for a MHG. Some people don't do the block with the cometic but why risk it? Also, those prices seem pretty high for used stuff. You can pick up a used engine and tranny for much much cheaper locally and it might even be in better condition.
