The middle speakers are 3.5" 8ohm. The fronts are 4" 4ohm and the rears ar 5" (not really 5.25) and are 4ohm.
The middle speakers are freeair. You could replace them with aftermarket speakers but it might not sound right. If you have an aftermarket headunit or amp than I would bypass those...
18x7.5 all around? You might want to go a little bigger in the rear. Unless you are getting a really good deal it would be worth your money to get at least 9"s in the back.
that stock to ffim idea seems pretty interesting. I wonder how well it actually worked. However, it seems like it might not be that much of an improvement considering the work involved. It's probably just better to get a Ron R or something similar.

I know 2.5" is a good diameter for the piping. I assume the muffler doesn't matter too much, buy what sounds good to you. I think magnaflow mufflers are good for the price.
I had similar problems with all of my KYBs. My mounts were old and worn out. I just got some washers from the hardware store and put them underneath the nut. It has worked fine so far. If you don't do this the shock will clunk.

TRD LSD is made by KAAZ. It can be had for cheaper. There are not really any visual things for the MKIII so it's much better to buy another cheaper+better aftermarket part than a TRD part. No one is going to see it anyhow.
What if he is just replacing the bearings and rings? The engine can't be in that bad of shape, but still. If the engine is already out, why not replace the bearings, rings, and upgrade to ARPs so that the engine lasts even longer?
