    MKIII Alignment Settings?

So you had never driven the car before? Do you have any friends that are good drivers or know any supra guys? Have one of them drive the car? Darty to some people, might be responsive to others. -1deg of CAMBER shouldn't wear your tires unevenly. But I don't know what you're doing...

    brazing aluminum ???

Why not just mock it up yourself. Make sure everything fits as if you were going to weld it. Mark it well, so you can line it up again on a bench. And find someone in the area that can weld aluminum. If you do all the prep work and everything fits up nicely, it won't take them long to weld...

    MKIII Alignment Settings?

Well if you're getting coilovers soon, then you're going to have to get the car realigned anyway. For centering the rack, I don't mean that the assembly is in the correct spot in the car. I mean that the rack itself, the part that moves when you turn the wheel, is centered with the...

    MKIII Alignment Settings?

Caster sounds like it would be fine. I dont' remember what my brother's car is set at right now. Something seems off though. If you're toe is really 0 at each wheel and your caster is about even, a 0.2* difference between camber wouldn't make the car feel like that. Definitely add a...

    Coilovers..

What spring rates are the SS's, what does your car weigh? I haven't tested the ST's yet, so I don't know how stiff they are in comparison to everything else. I also don't have any experience with the SS's, but maybe someone else does. But based on the trends, the dampers might make the ride a...

Leigh, don't worry, I'm working on it.

    Megan coilovers?

Something still doesn't sound right about your suspension. You were having weird issues with it before as well. I think you need to pull everything apart, figure out which springs are which, check the dampers and then put everything back together. I would hope the dampers themselves were...

i need help with rear camber

I don't know off the top of my head what size those bolts are. Just measure the hole through the bearing? Or if you want a new eccentric bolt order one of those and it will be the right size. Tim

GB interest - Now wheel SPACERS!!!

Do LED Tail light boards. Either fit in the housing already or something that can easily be fit by the end user. And something that will easily plug into stock wiring. You did the LED stuff with the Climate control right? So this probably wouldn't be that hard for you. I just really want...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Yeah, 10+0 might take a little work to fit. Nothing a little camber couldn't fix, depending on tire size. But I guess that's about 3/4" further out than what I'm running now, so maybe a little pull and a touch of camber might do it.

GB interest - Now wheel SPACERS!!!

Do a GB on wheels that fit right. Don't let anyone get a higher offset than 15 and a skinnier wheel than a 9".

    Suspension Bars

I'm sure there are some TRD suspension parts for the mk3. What, I don't know, maybe someone else will be able to chime in with some info. As for sway bars, check the vendors on here. I'm still waiting to test the ST bars and run some more numbers before I post up my recommendations on...

What Pillowball mounts work with the Illuminai II (TEMS) Shocks

H&R springs are meant to be used with stock upper mounts. Camber plate top mounts are meant for use with constant ID coil springs. Stock upper mounts should be fine with H&R springs. I think that would be a better bet for this setup. Tim

    MKIII Alignment Settings?

I think you should be running a little more camber than you are. At least -1* in the front depending on ride height and the rest of the suspension setup. Never run negative caster. But I'm sure you just mean lower caster when you say that. But yes, less caster will make the steering...

    Safest Springs on Stock Shocks

I don't know what Khang said means. And for stock shocks with 20k miles on them, I would just keep stock springs. And then just wait and save up some more and then get a better setup.

GB interest - Now wheel SPACERS!!!

The results are posted on the last page. I just have not gotten my hands on the ST bars to test them yet. So it's hard for me to say too much about ST vs. Tanabe until that happens. From past experience with ST and Tanabe on other cars, the ST's will be solid, heavier and stiffer. But...

    Aftermarket suspension alignment

If you lower the car that much, you're going to need adjustable arms to get the alignment correct? What were the numbers though? Stock specs aren't necessarily meant for non-stock cars, so just because you can't get within those specs may not be a bad thing. Tim

    AIM SPORTS MXL question

Like Figgie said, I don't know for sure if the tach signal from the ECU will be properly read by the AIM. I have hooked AIM Sports dashes up to Nissan ECUs with no problem. Does the supra ECU use a square wave tach signal? I thought it did, but I might be wrong. Speed is easy, you would...

Clubloose Season Opener, E-town, this saturday, 3/22

Since this is a saturday event, it's a little more expensive, but still only $70 for driving, and you should be getting a ton of runs. As for food, drink, gas costs, I really can't say. I run the events along with a couple other guys, so I'm there all day long and running around all day long...
