you will need to change the gear on your output shaft of your r154,along with the small plastic gear.i don't believe the auto speedo gear's work on the r154. i never actually checked the gear on the auto output shaft though.this is just going off the piece that un-bolt's from the trans.

anything will be better then stock blown tem's suspension.the stock spring's were aimed at comfort,not performance.

suppling power and ground to the plug for the window motor will rule out the motor.it's just a two wire plug,switch the polarity make's the window go the other way.i vote for bad switch also.

new england car will have frozen cam bolt's,so the alignment will never be right.lowering one of these car's can be pricey,when done right.
