this was discussed not too long ago in the mk4 section of SF. Due to the points brought up by Tony Mawad and also costs in manufacturing it would be beyond the realm of prossibiblity and feasability. sorry man.. good idea for weight though
we had a local guy who was a certified toyota tech do his own rebuild. he also was able to snap an arp and a few tranny bolts and the new rebuild started knocking after 1500 miles.... reason? improper bearing specs
so far my faith in toyota trained techs is just above buying hair care...
doesnt look all that bad. ill still stick with my hks super drager. i live in tx and havent had any problems yet w/ rust :) but for 550 iunno still glad to see new products coming out for our cars! whos got a clip of what this exhaust sounds like?
normal. stock guage is crappy, slow to react to change and innaccurate :P stock boost is 6.8 psi, although i cant remember if thats for the auto or manual.
see this is why i went with my hks super drager exhaust, you dont have problems with fitment, you know what its going to sound like, and you know its going to flow well. i understand people are on a budget but still, do things right the first time or next well be seeing you back here going...

2. dont know. never heard of this company but as long as its 3' in 3' out and is straight through i dont see an issue minus noise
3. cooleeze makes a DIY exhaust 3' pipes iirc that you can do and transfer your 3' muffler over
