and your brakes may fade easier because of how much rubber you have, it probably takes a lot more force to get the front tires to "chirp" or slide...
on my last car with the porterfields, i could chirp the front tires easily. and i had no abs like you. on a 225 wide tire that is.
you dont need the under cover... and i run without a shroud too now. i have zero issues. they make the system more effective, but are needed 100%.
my vote is thermostat and you need to clean the radiator out
clogged radiator, clogged cooling system. thermostat not opening. radiator cap not keeping pressure.

i stand by my Porterfield R4S pads... carbon kevlar material.
i even talked to a certain vendor and they said that EBC doesnt make a comparable pad to the R4S... so yeah.
plus i've never had an issue with them, the harder you stop, the faster it stops. i've never had fade.... they squeal a...
how many washers do you have inside? cause i have 3 in mine, and i changed it to just 4, and it surged... there super picky.
i have a turboxs type H? its a bosch style with a 1'' inlet//outlet. fits right in there nicely.

if so... i dont think the stock bov can handle the amount of air that needs to be bypassed for the 57trim...
mines surges only below 4psi... and only when its light throttle boosting and then i let off...

if your going to have it recirculate it needs to be a nice long pipe so it has enough volume for the gases to go, and then it needs to merge in at a nice smooth angle into the pipe.
Either way you look at it... a "big mouth" DP will net you some...
i could still get my car sideways and control it, there was only one time in the rain when i took a corner to fast and i floored it... yeah i ended up sideways in the middle of the street. haha
i was just talking about downpipes... obvisouly a 3'' downpipe by itsself isnt going to flow as much as a 3'' pipe AND a 1.5'' pipe for the wastegate...

Dowards kit is FTMFW... and with the options the vendors have, its INSANEEEE!!!!! if i just didnt spend 600 on all new brakes (calipers, rotors, pads) then i would be jumping all over dowards GB... buttt... my brakes work a thousand times better now.
most of what i read is from the subby guys... and they claim that an external wastegate gets them more hp/tq and faster spool... LOL... sooo yeah.
but the theory on the divorced downpipes make sense when you think about it, at least to me... 2 pipes flow better than 1... duhh. haha
