i love that box, my friends GSX has it, and its great for tuning max boost. and you can datalog through the box.

meth helps. but its like gas, you faster you go, the more you use.
if your super strict about keeping track of your meth, then your good, but i know people like IJ have done it where he puts a sensor in the bottles so once it goes below a certain point it doesnt let him boost past 3 or 5...
well if thats true, then my turbo is putting out 8psi to the intake manifold (where my boost gauge is hooked to, along with stock)
so that means my turbo is pushing out 11psi?... doubt it.
just get the H-beams from suprarich... he has insane pricing if you talk to him. and hes a great guy.

GET THE OIL PUMP FROM DRIFTMOTION. trust them, not advance auto. you'd be a fool to trust them with something like an oil pump...
if you have access to napa, order the timing stuff...
and probably a custom/new radiator... i've seen an AE86 + 7mgte on craigslist before... it didnt look like it fit too well. haha.
why the 7mgte though? why not get the 1jz so you can rev it a lot higher?

but if you did get the GT wheel, didnt he only get a certain amount, and couldnt get anymore? might want to source a new compressor housing and see if you can get a regular...
in the DSM world, anybody over 300hp is usually running one of those.. i've installed 3 of them, and i love them... as long as you have the other tools to tune, either an SAFC, or something else... and a wideband.
but for the money, take a look into the MAFT Pro Gen 2. its only 70 or 80 more...
i dont like electric cut outs... i've ran open 3'' downpipe on my last turbo car, and its just annoying inside... if your gonna have the cut out, route a pipe out to the side of the car so you dont die from the fumes just sitting there...
i drove around town for a few weeks with a turn down tip after the cat... and i never even got looked at... and i live in a small town, i think the cops didnt care cause my car didnt sound like a ricer honda! haha
even with a 3mm headgasket i dialed my timing in perfectly... just take your time, setting the CPS can be a real pain in the ass. just make it look like the pics andyou'll be good to go.
and running incorrect timing on a stock ECU is never a good idea... its suppose to be set to 10* for a...
as far as tires go, just get 255's... they come in a ton of sizes and are way easier to find. but your right, the only 275 wide tires are either crazy expensive, or there non-street friendly.
yeah, i remember that, it was a pain in the ass. when i tried to weld two 1/4'' pieces of aluminum, and make a box, i was able to get some beads flowing, but i burned a few holes. haha

The welder my friend has is a snapon "muscle mig" 110v... and it has the TIG...
i've done all forms of welding, and i prefer mig and tig... for obvious reasons. haha
im thinking i'll make my exhaust with the tig welder first, because i have 20 different stainless steel (304 & 409) 3'' bends, and i plan to make a custom exhaust system... so i'll start with that. plus...
