Obviously you already know the hood clearance issue but have you installed the alt bracket to see how it clears the TB? Also are the ports going to be anymore radiused then that? But looks good guys! Seth

    Looking for your turbo impressions

I have run all three between my 2 cars and personally love the drivablity of the upgraded ct. Absolute blast in town, although I am going to a T4 real soon for me HP it is going to all be based around low end power to make it fun to drive! HTH, Seth

    7M - GT35r turbo oil & water lines?

Hey I am looking into all these lines myself right now. Arizona Performance on the forums makes nice flanges for the oil return to block, oil return turbo out, oil inlet on the turbo. I use Lock-tite thread sealant which is oil and water resistant, but teflon tape would work I guess. As for...

    OBX Turbo-H Exhaust Syastem

Can't really screw up an exhaust other then fitment. If someone is planning to keep it long enough for the crappy stainless to wear out then they will also probably buy a quality brand. After dealing with their customer service over a AFPR that completely failed and almost F-ed my fresh...

When Making an FFIM, what do you do about volume???

All depends on your horsepower goals! All of my long runner manifolds are just a bit bigger then the stock volume. But my tapered ones are much larger and for higher horsepower apps where good flow and large volume are a must for big boost at high RPMs. Hope this helps Seth

    A little FFIM project!

Battery can be retained in the stock location or it can be moved your choice. The pics of the first one are with the battery to be moved and the second one is straight forward so no battery relocation! Depending on the TB you use you might have to move the fuse box.. I run a small battery out...

    A little FFIM project!

Well if you were to CNC one it would have to be out of large solid block and cost a lot! I have looked at it and it just isn't worth the extra cost IMO. Matt I will PM you some information. Ron thanks for the compliment..... Seth

    Mines front sway bar?

Yes I would be able to replicate it. I work at a race shop and we can do torsional testing so I would try different materials till I can up with the right one. But in all honesty if it is solid they are just controlling stiffness with diamater and it is just plain steel I assume. Seth

    A little FFIM project!

Yea definaltly smoothes out the onset of a hard hitting turbo! I really enjoy the long runner design over the short but mainly because I try not to rev the hell out of my shit and am not making huge numbers.

    A little FFIM project!

Thanks IJ, I have run almost every type of manifold I have ever made on my cars and haven't noticed a huge difference other then lag as I ran bigger plenums but I was also not boosting big time. I am building one for my car now and a soon as it is done it will be in within in a day as it will...
