    7mgte and some free parts...

Hey I will take the engine if you still have it. Shit I can come pick it up this weekend. I only need it for mocking up parts so no need for the harness. Let me know what you can do. Thanks, Seth

I struck oil in my sparkplug valley!

The problem is the bolts and worthless rubber bushings. Get rid of them and get some nice stainless or coat bolts with lock wachers and snug them down(BUT NOT TOO TIGHT OR YOU WILL BREAK THE VALVE COVERS!) I just did mine last week and no more leaking. Mine were only a year old from a...

2009 University of Maryland Spring Meet

I went! Pretty bad ass show, literally thousands of hooked up cars. Couple of wicked 2J IS300's(670rwhp and 720rwhp!) Didn't make it there with the Supra due to radiator issues. But was an awesome show with a lot of cool cars. Pictures are all over on college park tunings website and I...

Guage cluster and climate control lights turn off when head lights are on

I have had the same problem since I bought my car. All the accessory lights work, blinker indicators, brights, all the gauges everything just the back lights don't work. Also the Climate control lights work with the lights off but don't with the lights on. I have tried 3 different dimmer...

would a 2jz intake manifold be a good alternative to a full 600+$ intake plentium

Stock manifold is not bad at all. But I am confused how you guys are saying the 57trim will do that much power. I have never turned mine up above 18psi but I was already having boost fall off on top end(I did go a bit rich.) I could see it pushing 22-24 lbs at the most on race gas. So maybe...

would a 2jz intake manifold be a good alternative to a full 600+$ intake plentium

You sure that is a 50 trim? That seems like lot for a 50trim. My tune went rich on top end so I lost so peak power, but 10 maybe 15HP at most! So you must have a miracle 50 trim. Plus I was running out of boost on topend with the 57 trim! As for the OP, I build custom manifolds, search a...

would a 2jz intake manifold be a good alternative to a full 600+$ intake plentium

If you are saying you are doing the build properly then $600 for a proper intake manifold is nothing. Stock 2J manifold is about $150+ then 10 hrs labor at a shop charging $50 an hour and you are already at $650! Search a bit, it has been done. As for HP limits you can do 400RWHP with a...

Anyone with access to a CNC help me out???

I am for just the flange I would not charge you for the design work, would only take a few mins and I get a good deal at the shop next door on CNC work so it would be under $100 and if you wanted me to add a v-band it would be $60 for a really nice V-band kit and then maybe $30 for me to tig the...

Anyone with access to a CNC help me out???

I have access to one but it will probably not be that cheap as the setup time for one part is killer. Whats the max price you wanna pay? Also would you send me the elbow to replicate? Seth

Spring or Early Summer Meets ?

Hey guys, Talked to a bit to Chris this last weekend when we went to SATS and dynoed. They put that event on a couple times during the summer and would be a good place to meet up late at night. Also G-force next to RIR has a big lot if we wanted to do the Karting meet. I am down to help...

AFM with atmospheric BOV...is this bad to do?

I run the same set up, Lex AFM and GReddy BOV. Stalls every once in awhile on an uphill at low RPM but not bad at all. I am going to Recirc my new setup just because I don't like the rich hesitation inbetween shifts. Seth
