The stock 3000 pipe has a slight restriction in it....it's opening is smaller than the throttle body which makes no sense...performance gain from the hks is little to nothing but the hks pipe was also make 20 years ago....it was a good part in it's day but now there are much better intercooler...

Honestly the only non forged part in a 7m is the pistons....the known record is 753hp I believe on a stock internal rebuild (rebuilt with factory pistons, rings, bearings...etc)

I have an 87 5sp turbo ecu......and harness lol

89+ has different motor mounts that cannot be used on earlier years....86.5+ have square mounts. 86.5-88 have yellow plug ecu which needs a yellow plug harness...auto/manual makes little difference coolant temp sensors are year specific...they are located in the waterneck/thermostat...

Not really....somewhat helps with stalling upon decel from a high boost pull...but if you learn not to push in the clutch right when you let go of the gaspedal while slowing down then stalling won't be an issue...(this is all from a full boost pull). Putting a bov on a stock ecu supra is...
