Your money would be better spent doing a weight reduction too the crank added with a cranks scraper.....at 6000rpm oil sticking too the crank isn't the problem...it's oil hitting the crank and the cranks mass that hurts...that my opinion.
Does the knockoff recirculat the air or just dump to atmosphere?
If it dumps to atmosphere then you'll need to plug the accordian pipe as this will be a vacume leak...then rig a way to put a hose too the bov unless you mod and weld a flang on the stock 3000 pipe..

Jack the front of the car up about a foot and with the engine running fill the rad.....untill the car gets to operating temps...then make sure the overflow tank has coolant in it also....watch for bubbles in the rad....light revs of the throttle should get the air out....and make sure to turn...

Easy way of finding a problem is run your hands over the wires and coils while car is running....when you get shocked then you found the problem! Clean out all the oil in the valley and try again....and did you gap your plugs?
