    Eh... i wouldnt be mean to him... but you could EASILY tell if you have forged internals if you just pull a spark plug and look into the cylinders with a flash light... if its super smooth piston tops = forged. if tere bumpy and cast looking = OEM... sounds like you have quite a few...

    if anything, get a 2.25 down to the intercooler, but if you plan on upgrading to an sp61 then just get a 2.5'' with some reducers, that way its already setup for the sp61 later. as far as the outlet of the intercooler, i would just use 2.5''... you could use 2.5 up to where the 3000pipe would...

    yeah, well at least he blamed it on the open DP... tranny fluid leak + hot exhaust gases = no more supra dont do it, its not at cool as you might think, if you do do that, go to an exhaust shop and buy some pipes for $20 and put it to the outside of the car or something.

    i just know how i was... and how a lot of others are around here when it comes to that magic little 600hp level... but yes you want a torque plate so that when you bolt the head on the block, it flexes the same as it did when it was bored & hones. and you want the timing belt tensioner...

    and from the sounds of it, that mechanic didnt use gasket stuff, he use dielectric grease if hes putting it IN the connector, which is fine... but thats only if its a clear/whiteish substance. are all of your PVC lines hooked up like OEM?

    those are fun to drive, but i hate the clutch and the shifter... i drove my friends and kept going from 2nd to 5th... haha. but once you get it up to like 6-8k in 2nd gear and you get it moving, its a fun little car.
