call around to different business that deal with machine shops, and stop by your local auto parts stores... they'll usually have heard the best and worst of the local stuff. and also talk to other machine shops in general, not just auto ones.

im starting to dislike the colored silicone hoses... your local parts store should carry vacuum hoses with some thick walls, or if you can get "emission rated" and its usually pretty tough stuff. but i dont know if they make it in 3mm...

im running powerstops with some porterfield r4s and i loveeeeeee them. there good, i've had no issues.
