Where did you buy those wheels from? If you plan on tracking the car I would lose the idea of the spacer. I see no need to extra stress for the sake of ~5mm.
I wouldn't touch it. Looks perfect as is. If it doesn't rub and you don't scrape everywhere you go, why would you want to change it? I think the stance is great and probably more functional than a lot of those super aggressive set-ups.
I think if the targa gets made it should be able to accept the stock headliner. Without the headlined I think the inside of the car would look unfinished and would be noticeably louder than stock.
I think those fit very well on the rear imo. Looks like you could fit a decent amount of meat without any rubbing issues.
Oh, and polished or paint them graphite...
The number of pistons isn't the deciding factor in the performance of a brake caliper. A caliper with fewer pistons can function more effectively if sized and designed correctly.
I love my targa and I would not buy a hardtop unless it had a sun roof. Even then I would feel like I lost something. I use my targa pretty much every time I drive the car. I don't really drive in the rain and it is stored in cold weather. If I'm taking the extra effort to pull the Supra out...
