Another thing to look into is debris blocking airflow through the rad. I think it would be worth the effort to remove the rad and check it out.

How are your subframe bushings? I just had the front done with poly to finally get my H&R's back into spec. If nothing is seized there should be enough adjustment to get it all back into spec. Good luck.:)

Your right, I forgot he used FIPG to mount them on there. If welded on the heat sink would be able to work properly if mounted on the outside. Even better if it were placed somewhere with some decent air flow.

You can also get the DDP with a rerouted wastegate stream which is the best of both worlds. Makes more power and doesn't sound like an exhaust leak. It may seem like alot of money now but I think it is worth it. It can be used on larger turbo's as well which are designed to work with the stock...
