I'd personally get a Chevy. They are the best riding trucks I have been in and can look good if you pick the right model. The SRT-10 makes no sense to me whatsoever. There is only so fast I want to go in a truck and most normal trucks fill that bill already. Although regular cabs look good...
This is elastic and plastic deformation. Elastic refers to when the material reverts bask to its original position once the applied force is removed. There is a point at which an applied stress will cross over into the region of plastic deformation. This point is the proportional limit...
What's the point of having a high performance sports car if you mount wheels that make it utterly impractical? Low offsets just for the sake of having them is kinda dumb in my eyes. I'd rather shoehorn on the biggest rim/tire combo that maximizes performance rather than just looks. To each...
How are your subframe bushings? I just had the front done with poly to finally get my H&R's back into spec. If nothing is seized there should be enough adjustment to get it all back into spec. Good luck.:)
I'm currently asking myself the same question. I have grey mouldings right now but I have just bought some JDM tails. The problem is that the trim on the tail section is darker than the rest of my mouldings so it would not match.
I guess my choices are to paint them all red or somehow...
Your right, I forgot he used FIPG to mount them on there. If welded on the heat sink would be able to work properly if mounted on the outside. Even better if it were placed somewhere with some decent air flow.
$14200 according to my spread sheet. Including everything except gas/oil/insurance type stuff.
Looking back on it I could have bought a faster car for that amount of money but I have no regrets. The car has been a great learning platform and has great potential for the future. I don't...
You can also get the DDP with a rerouted wastegate stream which is the best of both worlds. Makes more power and doesn't sound like an exhaust leak. It may seem like alot of money now but I think it is worth it. It can be used on larger turbo's as well which are designed to work with the stock...
Option #3 pisses me off to no end. And the people who buy them think they are awesome. I bought some Sylvania Silverstars as a stop gap solution until I find a kit I like. They are better than what was in there when I bought the car and didn't break the bank.
