YES, awesome, thanks so much dude, the toyota guy hooked me up, got an oil pump for $175, WAS $250 I said oooo cant do that man, he said OK boss can you do it for $175? SURE!!! Aisin pump ALLLLLLLLL RIGHHHHHHHHT
The spacer was $9, and I got all the hoses I need too, fuck YES!
Got the new crankshaft installed!! All the plastigauge clearences are ON PAR.
The crank turns almost 100% smoother than the other one did when I had it in, I can turn it by hand which, feels great. I checked everything, its all correct so far, getting hte pistons in now.
Its part number 23250 in the TSRM. Its the little black plastic ring that goes onto the, well bearing or washer or whatever it is between the fuel rail and the block, the bolts go through it and theres these hard plastic black rings that go on them, I need to get new ones.
UPDATES:
Switched over all the pistons from the GE rods to the GTE donor rods. Got the front end off the GE and took out the crank, tomorrow Im purchasing the rest of the parts, putting it all back together. I really hope I remember where everytyhing goes....
yeah I actually tried the hot water with the first one, then realized it made no fucking difference. I did them all regular, no heating. Worked great, all the rods are switched over now, tomorrow after I go buy some parts Ill be good to go!

Hoping for saturday running
im thinking oven now, mom flipped when I said using one of her pans with oiled up engine parts. 140* F, I think thats 60*C
I dont know what to do, I tested one of hte pistons Im not using, if I take my time I can get the pin out normal room temp, how bad is this if I do it that way?
In the TSRM it shows the crankshaft and on it the numbers are in reverse as than my 6m...

On the last picture, the front of it is to the left and the main bearing numbers are on the bottom, well my crank is...
I need to heat them according to the TSRM to 140* in order to remove the piston pin holding it to the rod and put new rods on. Any suggestions on how to heat them?
if the holes are there, Id still say we get the red one, and fix the guys 3rd one with the BHG, he said if I fixed it, I get the white one for free... Id probably give steven the motor and tranny and part the rest of it off for sale. I think we have a basis of where to start.
Yeah actually theres a place here that has rebuilt engine short blocks for $775. Id say get the red one and lets do it, but he wants 5-speed, I even have a 5 speed R154 I might sell him cheap but I dont want to if we have to cut up the firewall for that 3rd pedal.
Oh and for work, dude crank about a 4 pack of red bull in 1 hr. I know red bull has been surpassed but do it. Its what we had one night and I was dared to down 4 in 15 mins! I did it... needless to say I made the other 6 hrs of my shift better than anyone else and offered to work til 6am.
Me being the morning crew doenst happen often either HAHA. I work 7am - 530 or 730pm mon through thurs and til 330 fri and sat. Im at work ALOT which is why my supra is taking so long.
