Though you have no hoist, doesn't anyone you know have one? I would really feel better using a lift, hoist, or chain fall. I would consider looking into this before you attempt what you're thinking about doing.

If you have to run two wires back from the transmission tot he plug it is the M1 plug.
The wires off of it are yellow which is the ( + ) side and the black/Red is the ( - ) side then your lights will work.

Well, your water VSV has two wires, one Solid Yellow, the other Black with a yellow Stripe going through it.
The yellow goes to your M1 Plug, and your Black/Yellow goes tot he b1 plug [ Big square Plug ]

Alright. I just bought a 1jz-gte to swap into my MKIII. I was wondering what fuel pump I would need? Would a walbro be alright, and if so are all walbro's for the Supra's the same?
Awesome I will make sure I do that. 2100.00 to me is a great price for getting everything. It is hard enough finding them with rear sumps, let alone out of a Supra.

Oh Nate I changed my mind. It was a lot of money to get a 1jz bell housing, motor mounts, flywheel, learn the wiring and do it myself, stock 2jz twins don't fit without modifying it.
So I got a 1jz swap that has all that including a rear sump oil pan, the swap I got came from a jza70. Sorry...
I took off the alterantor, and you can see a HG fromt hat area.. down there, even took a flat head screw driver and messed around with the 1/2 mm sticking out. My method, priceless.
Anti lock light can be a number of things. If any wires to the sensors are cut, borken or bad that light appears. Was it on before the car was parked?
I would look at the rear calipers and take them off and see if they an be pressed in well. Your E-brake most likly breaks letting everything...
I was going to say I heard this, but we know what happens when you guess in a tech section. Like I said mine looks exactly like this one. That is a JDM 7M-GTE it doesn't have any signs of being GE. Not have the squiters may hinder peoples opinion.
Mine has squiters, and it is a early block. It does not have reinforced mains or anything.

On that motor there are two freeze plug things and I have only seen these on the JDM motors, I have a JDM black next to me in the garage and I have never seen USDM with those, it's on the side with the knock sensors.
