Ct-26 has a very fast spool. If you're having issues and you're not making peak before 3200 you may want to check for a leak or other issues. My '91 Auto has been the fastest Supra ( stock ) I have owned. I would spool fast. Are you wondering where peak spool is at? Or do you have an issue?

I was sort of thinking the same thing. From the sounds of it I would guess 3 minutes or more. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

It sounds like something is blocked it the passage way. Have you took a valve cover off to see if oil has even reached the head yet? I would do that to confirm oil is not getting to the correct places.
