hmm interesting, my only other suggestion would be running without the thin metal gasket. I'm running without one and I'm having no issues on the same wastegate.

You're right. The plate's protrusion faces the cylinder of the wastegate, with the thin gasket between the wastegate and the plate. The thicker gasket goes between the manifold and the plate.

Looks like your setup uses a lot of couplers. I'd check for a boost leak.

I tried it.. I may have given up too soon but it was NOT worth the effort. I gave in and bought an AC/DC TIG, much better :).

Do you have a battery relocation? If so did you run a ground to the block?

Could be worse.. at least you know the cause now :)
