    I wouldn't think so, I'd just unplug the harness from the stinger, grab a voltmeter, touch the prongs to the + & - to see if you're getting power.

    I have a SC300 oil pan in my MKIII, no fitment issues, I suppose it's the rear sump. I never even knew there was a mid sump.

    If I were you, I'd insulate the feed, just to be safe. You should also rotate your WG flange while it's easy to.

    I'm with suprarcr89. You can hold out on the valve covers, and upgrade them anytime. Injectors you'll need to get the car running.
