LOL! Just kidding with ya, but I know it's the routine. I'll explain.
Basically, in a few threads where people ask about what to remove or what to install, it's how it goes. Jdub and/or Poodles (depends on luck) will do one of a few things depending on how good or how bad the idea is.
Just the thought of someone driving with an umbrella killed me.
1) Yes they all fit.
2) You're better off getting one shipped by boat. By plane if you can dish out the extra cash. I highly doubt Toyota sells these.... but you never know!
And if you ever have any doubts, just ask jdub or Poodles. If they scream at you, you keep it. If they just shrug, toss a coin. If they give you the okay or don't reply at all, take it out.
Holy crap, this happened to me too >.>. I'm heading over towards my car this week to do some heavy tucking. I too eliminated my cruise control stuff as it wasn't working at all thanks to the wire being snapped and one missing button on the cruise control switch on the wheel.
You may want to go to the Classifieds section, read the rules, and then post the differential for sale over there before you get a really bad spanking.....
Make sure you inspect under the trimming from the rear hatch glass. My car had a 1 square inch rust spot that had filtered tiny droplets and it ate through the rear passenger side pocket of the wheel well; pretty bad too.
I'm already sure about the counter argument many here will think about, but I already check all the fluids twice a week. Still, I'm sure many will say, "what if you nick a line in between one of those check ups and end up in a really bad car crash because you didn't have the safety feature?"...
Couldn't find anything using the search. I'm wondering if there's any actual negative effect on the car if I remove the electrical connector for the low brake fluid warning on the master cylinder.
Sorry, counted the colored PCV line as a 4th line for some reason.
I found the very first explanation vague. Note how everyone else offers quite a few sentences even they all know what they're talking about. I never said I wouldn't try to somehow hide (or make it look tidy) with my method...
You were obviously vague with your previous description. I find the T for the valve covers a bit pointless as you could have a straight tube that runs directly over both valve covers and run into one single tube towards the catch can. But yes, I can see what you're trying to get at. Kind of a...
To be frank, I see a flaw with my way. If I placed the can in the same place (route wise) as I drew it in my diagram, wouldn't vapors come out and go into the accordian? They would come out from the valve covers and get attracted to the accordian due to vaccuum, right? The vapors would go...
I imagined that was the reason. I did see the insides of my intake manifold when I was having it chopped up and it was........ well, dirty falls way short.
Anyways, after eliminating the second PCV valve that IJ mentioned, can I route my catch can like I did in my epic drawing? Or should I...
