you dont have to pull the dash just the gauges, its not hard at all there are only several screws that hold them in. and 4 or 5 plugs with the speedo socket

check your codes! the car doesn't need to be running, just folllow the link I posted above...just make sure the key in in the "on" position.

hmm ok lets see, have you checked all of your fuses?? or checked to see if you have any error codes? you can check them like this: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/TechTips/engine_error_codes.aspx after you do that I will prob be able to help you a little better if you have any error codes or blown...
