I chamfered the crankshaft's oil holes and had it balanced and the journals micro polished.
I also drilled out the oil holes on the block's main bores to take advantage of the pump's added volume.
The piston/rod assemblies are all within a quarter of a gram as far as weight so no added work is...
I don't know what others charged for their kits. This normally comes with the manifold but to sell it separately, I only charge whatever I pay my machinist to make one (95 dollars) and 5 dollars for the 2 bolts that I order from ARP. Shipping is ~10 dollars.

I've been wanting to get rid of my AC after not using it during the last 2 summers. Besides, the only disadvantage of the dry sump, external pump is the added weight of the pump, lines and 2 gallons of oil, the removal of the ac will take some of the weight off :)
