My PS doesn't work but the belt is there i just have to keep adding fluid due to a rack that is pretty bad.
I'm pretty positive it is the belt on the Fan and Alternator becuase it goes away if i put my E fans on and remove the fan clutch. Also turning has no effect on the Squeak.

So guys i figured i'd move on to my next issue since i finally fixed my harness issues :)
It's not a big one but none the less one i'm having trouble getting the problem to go away.
I'm running a Stock Fan Clutch (Autozone brand) and Water pump with a Dayco Belt

My car is fixed 100% I went ahead and replaced the wiring harness instead of trying to re wire the Knock sensors for a 4th time.
It solved all my issues including going extremely rich,Missing under load,Hesitation and power lose.
Hmm. Well I have a Apexi avcr and when i turn it off and run waste gate pressure I get like 6.5 Psi sometimes it will hit 10psi.
And i have bigger intercooler 2.5 inch pipes
3inch exhaust 3inch open elbow

I don't know enough about it to disagree with your methods.
Just from what I've been taught to do in practice and the fact that I've seen the specs change personally made me want to ask you.
I thought about having someone make me a adapter to run one. But then decided it was prob best just to go with a Sleeper designs FFIM but i don't want to get rid of the EGR or ISC
JetJock do you not think a re-torque is needed with brand new Bolts/studs after a few heat cycles? When i re-torqued my studs to be 100% honest i did it at the 500 mile mark and they were originally put at 90ft lbs but man the torque specs where everywhere after 500miles, i waited another...
