Thanks Steven much Appreciated So the lip on the bottom flange seats around the ring on the bottom ? it's at the shop but if i recall correctly it only sat flush against the bottom if the lip was facing away from the wastegate (or lip welded to manifold another way to look at it) other wise it...

when do you hit full boost ? Just curious i hope to have full boost before 4,000rpm with my T67 its a .75 T3 Divided with a T4 Divided manifold and a Divided adapter flange

It would be a great turbo for you its bigger then a 30r but Still smaller then a 35r

Ok so i'm still lost on this wastegate situation kind of anyways.. Just Trying to be positive on what flange i should have welded on the manifold and the correct way to mount the wastegate also where to find a gasket for the square flange. So here in this photo is the flange driftmotion uses...

So dumb question i know but which side does the Tial 46mm wastegate mount to the Manifold and which is for the screamer pipe ? It seems that the bottom of the wastegate mounts to the manifold but it throw me because it uses a square flange instead of this flange...

So no luck getting the bypass pipe from toyota they said 16268 88400 was not a valid part number
