All Toyotas are on that website, just "add" your own car to the list.
Local toyota-dealers only get access to national sold cars...so a JDM spare parts catalogue is not available to them... you need to find the p/n yourself and they will get it for you within days. (usually 3-4 days in europe)
It is a valid part number, Toyodiy is a direct copy from toyota drawings. It's probably just an expired part number... toyota just need to find the new number. My local dealer finds out things like that in just a click.... but the JDM exploded view for any specific JDM car/Engine, he can not access through the toyota system.
