    FFIM / TB/TPS question

go with a BBK mustang throttle body if you can afford it. the Ford TPS can be wired into the stock ECU (search, theres a howto about it) and you end up with a brand new shiny throttle body, plus the fact that since its a standard bolt pattern, you can go with a 65mm TB now, and then upgrade to a...

As of today how much did you spend on your supra and any regrets?

I'm only ever going to figure out how much I've spent on the car if it gets wrecked or stolen. Otherwise, I don't want to know.... and no regrets, I buy parts as I can afford it, so I'm not in debt for the car...

7M-GTE: Why do you go FFMIC?

its fun to upgrade a bunch of things at once. like smoothing the valvecovers and installing is300 coils, custom IC pipes and a nice 65mm BBK throttle body, powdercoating everything so its pretty...

JT2MA71's Build. Dyno video on post # 1191

Titus, I'm in the same boat, looking for a tig but not sure what to get. I'm looking at the Miller Synchrowave 200, or a Thermal Arc Arcmaster 185 (replacement for the Prowave 185TSW). Ron, any thoughts on either machine? I'm leaning towards the TA due to it being an inverter design, but they...

    FFIM 1jz and 2jz on 7mgte

it is not a simple part, that is one of the reasons for the cost. it is not a basic 2D flange, it requires lofting to match the 7M lower to JZ upper.... I considered making one of these while I was in school with full access to the CNC shop, and it's just not worth the time when you can buy a...

    FFIM 1jz and 2jz on 7mgte

likely the reason for the high rate, is if a shop doesn't want the job, they will quote a huge number. if you still hire them for the job, it's worth it for them. i think what many don't seem to realize is this part isn't a simple flat flange like a T4 flange... it's not a simple setup...
