for efans, there are lots of brands. zirgo fans are pretty good for the money, you can get them in high CFM ratings. I've got two 14" fans on my car, I think they are the 2100cfm ones

domestic v8 cars run them, but there would be no bolt on solution for the MKIII. You would likely have to machine/weld the back timing cover to adapt one, or figure out some sort of blocking plate for the stock water pump.
talk to local hot rod shops or clubs, there are usually guys that do it out of their own shop, and do a much better job than a chain paint shop. some are cheap, some are expensive, but I would go that route rather than a maaco job.
