Chrome VS Iron rings

Well I am debating on what type of rings to go with, I know iron rings provide a better seal, but chrome rings hold up better under extreme conditions. So i figured i'd ask the forum, for advice and input on past expiriences.?.?..

They're both steel, just coated differently. Depends on your goals, pistons you're running, etc

Yea i thought bout moly rings also, Just wanted some input on what people use on there own rides. Ima be runnin a stock bottom end, MHG, 10-15 psi depends how the motor acts, nothing crazy.
