stock (and most japanese cars) are BSPT (british standard pipe thread), while most American cars, and most sensors, are NPT (National Pipe Thread). They are very close in size, but they aren't exact. You can easily wreck the threads if you put them together.
to solve this, two options: drill...
you could simply buy the brake lines from a Supra without ABS, and swap them over.
also, prepare to be berated with comments about how you can stop shorter with ABS. happens every time a thread like this gets posted.
one of the guys here at work left the kettle on the stove... for half an hour. the kettle is now a nice golden color, with black melted plastic all over it.
