I would suggest a product of some sort, that you could possibly market. Look at sites like Kickstarter for inspiration. Some products that started small are the Keyport, or on Kickstarter there was a unique flashlight design called the Hexlight.
I don't know about you, but I have a notebook at...
the proper way would be to weld the holes shut and repaint. however, what i did was remoce my stock spoiler and then glued in some hole caps/plugs that were painted body color. it's a good temporary fix, but it isn't very pretty.
marlin crawler has a solid pinion spacer kit, it takes more time to assemble, but apparently it works much better. http://www.marlincrawler.com/differential/parts/solid-pinion-spacer-kit
my diff is making clunking noises, not sure if I want to rebuild it or what.
they are direct replacements for the stock 7M coils, so yes they still need the ignitor.

NM shifter uses stock bushings, Beech shifter has solid bushings I think? there is a group buy starting for another batch of the nashman shifters.

I'm using the is300 coils, they fit in the plug valley of the 7M and wire up just like stock.
my problem is the stock ignitor, just waiting on a DH61 to change it out.
some of your pictures don't work, but a very helpful post anyways: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?488247-Ported-polished-ceramic-coated-stock-manifold-EBC-results&highlight=manifold++port
