time for a quick update.. everythings back together now, well it was.. i drove the car again the other day, but due to some issues getting the wastegate fitting right, the gate is back off the car and i'm trying to sort that bit out now... hopefully it won't be much longer now and i'll be back...

can you get a job here and unfilter me? :) :) unless they've changed something here, they actually had 2 filters running at once after they installed dansguardian...

Just tried to get into Teresa's VIP section here at work.... They upgraded the filter here to DansGuardian the other day, and now it blocks almost everything... including scanning pages for phrases / keywords and deciding if it wants you to view the page based on the results... oh well...

OS Giken's are awesome, well, mine is... I'm very happy with it... it's a twin, and has been rebuilt a couple of times, once before I got the car and once while I've had it.... whoever did it before i got the car, they apparently sent it off to be done and it came back with some solid centre 5...

thanks guys... i'm figuring it's probably best if i can convince my brother to "buy", "register" and "insure" the car... i give him the cash, he spends it... that way it would just be another car added to his existing policy, that he doesn't use much... then when / if i decide to bring it back...

Hey guys.... perhaps some of you Cal locals can help me out with this... I've been doing a little reading, and it seems that in Cal you can have a 'laid up' rego? Basically a much much cheaper rego on the grounds that your car is in storage... And also that you can pay your rego by the month...

ok... I've just made the decision that we're not going to make it to bonneville, although we're still planning on being in the US around the 12 or 13th of August till around the 2nd/3rd of September... would still love to pick up a car while we're there, but really only considering 50's to 70's...
