    Harmonic balancer......

OP Harmonic balancer? No such thing in the MKIII supra. What we have is crank dampner but that is it. ATI is cheaper than OEM new and is rebuildable. If you go to the junkyard and get one there. Remember. It is still at the least 16 year old ;)

Crower valve train? Cams alone are $700. Springs, retainer? I smell a big steaming pile of bs.

    Hardpipes

quadruple check your BOV. Make sure that it is sealing correctly and not acting as a popet relief valve.

    External Fuel Pump wiring

dok not for anything but doing it that way.. You will run the "sump" dry in no time flat as the OEM flow volume is alot LESS than the 044. Of course you won't see the issue during normal driving but at WOT. By the time you do see the issue. Damage is done. How it is usually done is that...

    hitting fuel cut....

HAC = High altitude compensation sensor. On 87-88 is located right underneath the glove box. On the 89-92 it is internal to ECU.

question about mkiii supra in turbo magazine from uk

55 kph in first perhaps but unless they are spinning the car to 10k rpm in first gear. Than I can see 55 mph in first. Stock on a 3.91, first tops out at around 36 mph at 6500 rpm. Coincidentally. 55 kph = 34 mph so I was right! ;) also keep in mind. Magazine are not their for technical...

7m headgasket mileage with high horsepower

with the amount of noise the 7m has stock, (forget if internal have been "upgraded' to forged where you need them loose.) very doubtful you will hear detonation above mechanical noise. Again. Things do not break out of the blue because.

    hitting fuel cut....

fuel cut is dependant on numerous things. One happens to be the AFM frequency but the HAC's output also will vary the FC. Now with that said. It is more than likely a Boost controller issue as I never had creep with an HKS EVC IV. The Blitz SBC-ID. What is your gain setting at?

    1jz Standalone Engine Management

a piggy back will always be easier :) People scream AEM EMS! The issue as I have pointed out, is in the end, The AEM EMS is still a full fledged standalone regardless of how easy the install it. Honestly I can not even recomend an EMS to you with the little information that you have...

7m headgasket mileage with high horsepower

That is not a function of the CC or how smooth it is. Smoothing the cc addressed pre-ignition but not detonation ;) For a given octane, it will detonate if it has the right "formula" ( Too much ignition advanced, not enough octane for the given compression ratio) yes. It is all in the...

    Walboro enough pump for 1000cc, gt40r 2jz?

MKIV pumps are Denso. They are leaps and bounds better than the Walbro. Of course you could always do the Bosch 040 (intank) or 044 (external) which are high pressure versions.

Trying to decide on the backside for my GT40r.

First off, Why would you use such a monster turbo with that teeny tiny a housing? Can you say SURGE MONSTER? anyway. the smallest AR that Garrett has for the GT42 is a 1.01 and the biggest is 1.44. Size the turbo to the application not the A/R to the application.

7m headgasket mileage with high horsepower

24 psi? Please tell me that you are not trying that much power on a "piggy back" based system? Some form of standalone? MHG. Detonation kills pistons. A MHG will not stand to detonation anymore more than the AL pistons or head ;)

    Walboro enough pump for 1000cc, gt40r 2jz?

100cc/min and a GT40r? You will need two walbro at the very least.
