On a stroked 7m motor. The Volumetric Efficeny of the engine changes way to much to rely on the stock ecu for anything! Stroked engine require full control of both the ignition and injection with control of WHEN injection happens (ie full sequential injection).
Another digital power distribution system.
Price is nice! 10 outputs from the POWERCell. MASTER Cell is used for the control. One MASTERCELL can control numerous POWERCELLS. Max output is 25amps but it does not say which and how many outputs can hold that much current.
Follows all the CANbus...
The stock Turbo Intake Manifold is Aluminum and thick aluminum. Requires ALOT of power from the welder to get it to weld GOOD.
Have a manufacture and model of the welder in question? Perhaps a COLOR? :)
don't want to do that either hence the initial statement. The rack has no "sealed" fluid.

A disconencted system, turn fully one way and the other to evacuate fluid within the steering rack then route the ports...
Then leave it at that.....
disconnect power steering belt. Cap the intake and pressure port. Done. Save yourself from buying a hose.
Looping it on an active PS pump.. destroy it in short order resulting in a lock up and the belt slipping causing temp rise on the ps pump pulley, belt and...
Thinly vieled and (weak at that) attempt at a retort.
But since you insist.
The MKIII power steering pumps nominal pressure is 1250 lbs/in^2. What this means is that the pump is flowing a horrendous amount of fluid through the power steering system.
An ingenious "fix" such as the...
Well lets take a gander at the TEWD and see what is getting fed from the AM2 fuse..
http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=36
Feeds the 7.5 IGN fuse and the 15A EFI Fuse. More than likely these two fuses are fine. Check them anyway. If they are not blown...
apparently you don't understand how this works. I need not provide you facts on such ignorant statement such as
since i never stated no such idiocies. But seeing as reading comprehension is lacking....
Gee I wonder why that COMMA is there after the first three words? Perhaps to insert a...
A gt42.........
4800 RPM on our heads if you are lucky. Then off course you need a manifold to sit the GT42 on it so that requires custom manifold with T4 flange. Then you need to do it right otherwise hood won't close or will require hood cutting to make it close.
GT42 would require MAJOR...
yep. ;)
you never said anything about taking the PS resevior & pump off. Don't need to unless you are in that area and specifically for removal of heater hose return hose or working on the temp sender sensor.
Exhaust manifold does not need PS resevior out of the way.
RIGHT tools...
Not really. You are thinking 60 mph 80 mph. At a measly 30 mph you will have problems.
yep.
One bolt (banjo bolt on the pump that supplies the high pressure to the steering rack) and and one clip (from the resevoir to the PS cooling line) extra and the motor comes out the same. If that is...
No its bad.
I know that the car must be moving. At zero mph it is a different story (ie Parallel parking becomes a chore). I lived without powersteering for all of 3 weeks and then quickly fixed it.
No way that I would drive at high speeds without powersteering in our portly cars. Lose...
lol
Such flagarant ignorance.
Sorry no.
No hydraulic assist, regardles if it is looped back or not is the same in both cases regardless of what you "think or feel". The MKIII power steering rack is not a perpetual machine.
Now, you want to remove it because the planets are aligned...
None.
Supra Grp A turbo Throttle body requires the intake manifold hole be enlarged. TPS is a bolt on affair.
Q45 TB requires mounting plate and TPS rigging along with throttle cable mod.
Lexus TB requires mounting plate and TPS rigging along with throttle cable mod.
Mustang TB requires...
physics owns all of you.
3400 lbs v 200 lbs of human flesh means you lose. Don't believe me? Try and park with no power steering and the car stationary (zero mph) and see how much fun that is. As a matter of fact, the gearing inside the stock power steering rack gives the leverage advantage...
you might be too rich actually. what happens when you lean idle or reduce fuel pressure? if it richens up that means you are severly over tuned but on 680 and 45 psi base (should be 43.5 as that = 3 bars) should be close enough not that lean. Can't you adjust the idle portion to richen it up some?
