1:5??
NitroMethane stioc AFR is 1.5 lbs of air to 1 lb of NitroMethane! IE you will need at least 25% more nitromethan mixture which of course will require a HELL of a lot more flow than even one Single Weldon 2345 can supply.
John
thanks for clearing that up....
I wasn't clear on my post about the full on "source code" access on the "PRO" level equipment (M170, M180 and M190) only.
At least they are starting to see that everyone would like MoTeC reliability without the "stagerring" price. :)
Brilliant...
New ECU's and other goodies.
The M1 series ECU.

this time though they have more options. I see 3 autosport connectors on the pro stuff and three versions of the pro M1 series. so I can already thing of what that is going to...
That first pass. Looks like his car is bouncing off the suspension during take off? I can see some unloading of the rear slicks... but that might be the camera angle.
why oh why mickey mouse the fuel pump.
Sean
Tell Darin to quit babying the fuel pump and get what the big boys run...
Nitromethane + Methanol = one of the few chemical reaction that is endothermic. It gets cold. REALLY cold! Tht might be where the power is gained. The amount of Nitromethane needed to really be useful is on the stupid side and that "little bottle" will not be remotely close.
You forgot one very important point.
When you are looking for a job. Looking for a job IS your job.
I kid you not. 8am sharp and would stop at 4pm as most places, management starts to wrap up thier "mind" at that time. By that I mean that most the companies managers would start thinking more...
One word...stupid.
You either get the entire dash made correctly from a composite (be it FG, CF, CF/K etc) or don't bother. Half assing things in the cabin, better and easier ways to off yourself if that is what you are looking to do.
that looks like a pressure burst failure....
Did you ever see how much pressure you had on the system?
That or someone cross threaded the hell out of the bolt into the pump relief spring area.
Tanya
not for anything but I landed this current gig in the middle of this ruckus. Specifically back in August :)
Now with that said. I am not going to say it was easy as I was handing out 20+ resumes DAILY. and did some other things to set my resume apart from everyone else. No not the...
I was unemployed about 2 years ago.. I tolerated all of 3 days at home and quickly looked for a job. I am one of those few folks that can not do "nothing". It makes me restless and anxious......
So I looked for a job and 1 week later got one! :D
correct
in short...
trying to open the big injectors for 2ms at a time per rev in batch fire v running the injector for 3.6 ms once per cycle (2 revs). The 3.6 ms is easier to do with most standalones unless they have an exceptional fuel injector driver channel.
Yes and if you don't have the correct crimper.. Nearly impossilbe to crimp right unless you solder. About the only downside of autosport connectors. Well that and the price.
