Answer the question with a question (now NWS, with goats!)

Did you know that you can't just post a sentence and add a question mark to it and call it a question? Jeff

    Ridiculous, not rediculous.

    This thread is rediculous. Jeff

    broken connectors

A lot of connectors can be ordered from Toyota if you need them. Toyota also supplies the terminals, but they only come already on a splice of wire, if you want just the terminals themselves, Dr. Tweak (Phoenix Tuning) sells them as well. With that, I'm closing this. Future questions like this should go in the appropriate forum. This one is for introducing yourself, not for technical help. :) Jeff

    Buying/searching parts from Japan?

Can also try Rinkya, not sure if they ship to Germany, but maybe. Best bet is likely to find someone in Japan and get them to do it for you. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

He retired about a month or two ago, it's recent. Mike on SF seems to take care of people, he's been doing the online stuff for a couple years. If I need something from a USA dealer I usually speak with Curt at Elmhurst. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

Which clip on the door handle? Pull grip or the actual "open the door" handle? The handle to rod, or what? 83710-14800 is the part number for your lower speedo cable, stock is plentiful. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

Depending on which exact clip you're looking for, some of them only come with new moulding. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

It should show a supersession to 13568-49015, it likely would show that on "DealerDaily" (I think that's what it's called in the US), but I am not familiar with your system. Also before the introduction of the newer format EPC, they used to have Mfg change-up information right in the EPC, after...

If you hadn't posted pics, I would have never believed it. That's crazy. I'll check. Jeff

Can you take a picture of the part label? That sounds all wrong. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

Nope, that is the original made-in-Japan part number for 90-92 A/T 7M-GTE radiators, strange. I believe the original end-tanks were plastic, but it's interesting it has an aluminum core without changing the part number. It is likely a Japan-made part though. I didn't think Toyota made the...

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

91-92 Shadow Grey cloth is as pictured. 91 Shadow Grey leather is grey. 92 Shadow Grey leather is black. What was the part number on the radiator you received? Toyota recently introduced a second line of radiators at a cheaper price, that are typically made in Taiwan (IIRC). You can still...

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

Doesn't look black to me. :dunno: If you're in a 1992 with black leather maybe it made the rest of the interior look darker too? :dunno: Regulators can still be had, 6 of the one side 7 of the other in California. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

About $435, plus $150 core, I'd talk to your local dealer and see what they can get. Jeff

Not if you sit in the car, it's pretty grey. Shadow grey seat belts would likely look fine in an older car with medium grey. Jeff

Obsolete MKIII parts; are there any?...yet?

All new power steering racks are obsolete (pre-89, 89+ with & without PPS). The only real option left from Toyota for the MK3 is the pre-89 reman rack which is still available. They never offered remans for the 89+ for some reason. Yeah, but there are plenty in California. Probably one...
